Everybody that shops for invites is a first timer – you are bound to have lots of questions! We’ve tried to answer the most common below but please get in touch if we’ve missed anything.
What services does Cindy Choo Design Design Studio offer?
At Cindy Choo, Claire can design everything for your wedding day. From your overall theme, save the date cards and invites, to your table centerpieces, ceremony booklets, personalised candles and signage. Claire creates bespoke designs for each couple, based on their individual stories and personalities.
What if I would like to change some aspects of the design after seeing the initial draft?
We want you to love the end product and your invite needs to represent you as a couple, that’s why we allow for these rounds of feedback – we want it to be perfect. That’s what makes us different at Cindy Choo. We allow extra time to make your wedding day personalised and extra special.
What is the process once you have chosen to get your stationery and invites designed by Cindy Choo Design Studio?
Once you have chosen to go with Cindy Choo Design Studio, we will arrange a call. Claire will either meet you in person or over zoom. Ideally both of you should attend so as you both get to discuss your ideas and wishes from the beginning. Once we are happy with a direction, Claire will come back with a quote. If you are happy to proceed, a 50% deposit is taken at this stage for the design. Claire will then show you the draft design for review. You will have 2 rounds of revisions to get the perfect look for you if needed and then the final 50% is taken and your designs are sent to print. The finished printed pieces are then packaged securely and sent to you.
How do your prices work?
Prices on the Cindy Choo site are based on 100 pieces per product. Please call to get a personalised quote for your project. There are limitless possibilities as to what we can create. Ideally, it’s best we have a chat so Claire can come up with the best stationery to suit your budget and create a style theme to run through your wedding day.
When should I book my invite design?
We would always say it’s good to chat about your invite design early so as we can discuss your theme and how to tie it in and around your whole day. For example, Dorita and Paul’s cake designer incorporated their invite design into their cake design for a beautiful Autumn themed wedding.
What are the best ways to share ideas we like?
A moodboard on pinterest is a great way to share your favourite styles with Claire or we can just chat through your ideas when we meet online or in person.
Where does Cindy Choo ship to?
At the moment we ship to anywhere in Ireland (prices included shipping). Cindy Choo is based in Dublin with Claire being a Monaghan native. If you are further afield, get in touch and we can arrange a shipping option for you.
How are payments taken?
Payments are taken securely through the CindyChoo.com website using Stripe.
